Thanks to Mandy for making us aware of this contest :)I have no idea what the Girls Intelligence Agency is all about, but they are having a contest/contests where you can win tickets to the First Daughter premiere in NYC (at least we know where it will be now), and to interview Katie as well.
In checking out the site, it looks like you have to be a gal under 25 to be a member at that site (and enter the contests).
