Thanks to Alan for finding some reports from the First Daughter set: Looks like they have been filming at a studio soundstage. I got this from a yahoo message board for First Daughter. It was posted 8-5-03. I just got done filming "First Daughter" yesterday. I had such a wonderful time. I had my own room with a couch and dressing table. Even though it was a LONG day (7am-8pm)it was definetly worth it. We filmed at The Lot Studios in Hollywood, and the lunch was very good. Since there wasn't anyone else my age on the set, I hung with the body guards. They were the best. They treated me like I was their little sister. It was really great getting to work with Katie Holmes, Michael Keaton, Margaret Colins, and especially Forest Whitaker. They were all so nice. Michael always made sure to tell me what a wonderful job I was doing, and Katie was such a sweetheart. I feel so lucky to have worked with such a wonderful director. I admire all of them for what they are doing. It is HARD work, but you gotta love it. -Ashlee This was posted by someone else, known only as rockhiphop2003. Apparently, she got to play a young Samatha Makenzie (Katie's role) I was glad to get the part of the younger samantha, i shot one day, every one was great.my first big film, and to have been with michael as my father well i could not have ask for more, i just hope they put my name some where on the cast, that would be great.i to know how cheap people can be, but to have had the chance to do the work that was enough for me.
