Thanks to Jerry for this :) From MSN Entertainment Holmes Sweet Holmes (enough with this title lol -c) The Abandon beauty on nudity, nuptionals and her post-Dawson plans By Angela Dawson LOS ANGELES -- For five years, Katie Holmes has played sensitive and supportive Joey Potter on the popular WB series Dawson's Creek. But meeting the demands of a dramatic TV series hasn't kept the 23-year-old actress from pursuing a film career. Her latest picture, Abandon, the directorial debut of Oscar-winning screenwriter Stephen Gaghan (Traffic), is Holmes' latest suspense-thriller (following Teaching Mrs. Tingle and The Gift). Read the rest of the interview Thanks to CocaCola for posting this lil tidbit from "Us Weekly" on the mb Katie Holmes is in the current issue of US Weekly (the one with Winona Ryder on the cover). It has a review of the movie Abandon and a picture (that we've already seen) from the film. There is also this: Catching up with Katie Holmes No wonder she plays an overachiever so frighteningly well in the new chiller Abandon: At 23, the Toledo, Ohio native, who deferred from Columbia University, has made nine movies (including Phone Booth, opening November 15) and she's already in her sixth -and final? -season on Dawson's Creek. Here, Holmes chats with US all about: Making out with costar Benjamin Bratt The possibility of working with her favourite leading man, boyfriend Chris Klein, 23 Leaving the Creek Future Plans There is also a very very tiny pic of Katie and Chris at the Paramount thingy and another small pic of Katie at the premiere of Red Dragon which has a caption that reads Holmes and Klein fell for each other back in January 2000 The Audio of Ebert & Roepers review of Abandon is available at their website: Thanks to Monica for this tidbit :) From the NY Post FOR next summer, Katie Holmes and Angie Harmon selected identical sherbet-colored suede tote bags at Hogan's downtown. Katie wants mint; Angie, strawberry |
