Horrors! Look who Blackwell noticed Paris Hilton could have had a better day Tuesday. She tied with her pal Britney Spears for No. 1 in Mr. Blackwell's "worst dressed" list for 2006. And her lawyers entered a not-guilty plea to drunken-driving charges that resulted from a traffic stop in L.A. in September. Her fashion transgressions are perhaps more lasting. This is the third time in a decade Hilton, 25, made the list, and it's her second No. 1. Brit has her beat, though, with seven mentions since 1996, three of them at No. 1. In the past year, Blackwell says, they are "two peas in an overexposed pod." The rest of the 47th annual list, with Blackwell's comments: 2. Camilla Parker-Bowles (also on the list in 2001). "Her beauty of a career cannot be denied, but that beast of a wardrobe is pure mother of the bride."
