If your fiance is worth mega-bucks, then you'd expect to be a little spoilt on your special day. And so it was for Katie Holmes on her recent 27th birthday. The future Mrs Cruise had not just one but three birthday celebrations - thanks to her uber-generous man. First off, three days before Katie's big day, Tom threw a surprise party for the pregnant Batman Begins star at New York toy store FAO Schwartz. Not bad. The second birthday treat, two nights before the big day, included a night out on the razz with fellow Hollywood heavyweights Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith. They all went to a swanky restaurant in Miami Beach, Florida. After the meal, the foursome went to a club, before going on a sightseeing drive along the city's Ocean Drive. Pretty top drawer. Then came Katie's real birthday - which they spent in Florida together... probably popping their feet up after all the excitement. From: Insider Online It's the magazine cover every editor wants. TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES. Well, it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon. I'm told that Cruise has made it quite clear that he and his wife-to-be will not be doing any joint covers. The only women Cruise has apparently approved to join him on a cover are his 'Mission: Impossible III' co-star beauties: KERI RUSSELL, MICHELLE MONAGHAN and MAGGIE Q. Cruise's publicity plan for 'M:I-3' is still in the works, but his rep confirms, "There are no plans for any Tom and Katie covers at this time." |
