For the second consecutive night, Katie attended the opening of a Broadway show (while her evil twin was chasing Josh Hartnett throughout Bulgaria? )Katie was at the opening of Steel Magnolias (view), and bumped into Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com. He wrote: Among the eclectic group of stars who came to the premiere: Chris Noth, as Ebersole's guest; Amanda Peet with Sarah Paulson enjoying nights off, respectively, from Neil LaBute's "This Is How It Goes" at the Public and the latest revival of "The Glass Menagerie"; Tim Curry, reveling in his night away from "SPAMalot"; and former "Dawson's Creek" star Katie Holmes. Holmes is a native of Ohio. She told me she's just moved to downtown New York and is enjoying the city for the first time. Katie, try the cooked chickens at Jefferson Market. They're the best! ================== The WB11 News at 10 had a reporter at the premiere..here are a couple of caps:
The reporter (Toni Senecal) made a remark about Katie not stopping to talk to her: ..Meanwhile, Katie Holmes was too cool to talk to the cameras. Then again, this is the same reporter who once accused Katie of stealing one of her magazines, so there may be some bad blood there The folks at World of KJ have written what I think is a very astute analysis of the Box Office for Batman Begins. Click the link below to read: Amanda contacted us with the news that a female DJ on her local radio station near St. Paul, Minnesota (where Josh Hartnett is from) was discussing the whole Katie/Josh dating thing. The DJ went on to mention that one her friends (who is apparently pretty tight with Josh) had verified the "dating" story for her. The DJ then went on and on about how she hoped to see the two of them around St. Paul this summer, etc. |
